Are you hungry? Cook Instantly

VEGETARIAN OMELETTE

Ingredients

2 Chopped Onions
2 Cups of gram flour
2 Table spoon Rice flour
2 Green chilies
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
1/2 tsp Cumin powder
Red chilli powder according to your taste
Salt to taste

Method:

> Mix all ingredients and add water to make a thin batter
> Heat 2 tablespoon of oil on pan and spread the oil on pan
> Pour the small portion of batter on pan and spread it in circle and cover it with lid for 3 to 4 minutes and put it on medium flame
> Turn the omelette on other side and cook it for another 3 minutes
> Check if it became crispy and golden brown and remove it from a pan
> Serve it with bread and coriander chutney
